Nick and the team are true professionals that take great pride in their work and will deliver to the best of their abilities. They have a wealth of experience with it being a family run business, and communication before and during the job is excellent. I am particularly impressed with the panelled and vaulted ceiling that was done, which has great detailing too it. Nick also designed, built and installed an entire oak back bar in less than a week. I worked with Boswell construction on my first ever renovation project. My hair salon LAYERED COLLECTIVE. Nick helped right from the start, we planned the best ways to bring my design ideas to life. The demo work was completed fast and efficiently. As the project developed Nick suggested some elements that really elevated the finished look, such as feature lighting. He sourced reliable, tidy, professional contractors and coordinated them throughout the project to ensure we ran to our tight schedule. I didn’t have to worry about finding plasterers, tillers or electricians. Nick dealt with all of the other trades which meant the project ran smoothly while I worked elsewhere unable to answer phone calls. Nick sourced all of the materials to fit my brief and budget, I was so happy with the result. Nick is an amazing carpenter and made all of the fittings bespoke from my design. We have known Boswell construction for a number of years. Our first project with them was a total renovation of an office building since then we have used them on various smaller projects, including soundproofing of a clinic and treatment rooms and recently a new build 4 bedroom house. This project involved a comprehensive transformation of a detached residential property, in a remote area, including the construction of a two-storey porch extension, two-storey side extension, and a single-storey rear extension, significantly increasing both the footprint and functionality of the home. Alongside the structural additions, the property underwent a complete internal renovation, modernising the layout and finishes throughout. Care was taken to retain key traditional features, including the original staircase, preserving the character of the home while introducing contemporary design, improved flow, and modern living spaces suited to today’s lifestyle.
This project involved the full renovation and extension of a traditional cottage-style home in Cheshire. Works included a two-storey extension, a single-storey rear kitchen extension, and a new porch extension, significantly enhancing both the space and functionality of the property. The existing house was also extensively remodelled internally and externally to ensure the new additions blended seamlessly with the original character of the cottage. This project involved the partial demolition of an existing dwelling to enable the construction of a double-storey wraparound extension. Pre fabrication of the roof sections we assembled off site, which were transported to site, craned into position and assembled. Which expanded the footprint of the building then we could undertake all joinery work inside. This was the original hickory’s which lead on to the build of many more through the country.
